Benefits of Using Brilliance Laser Inks with Diode Laser

Metal Compatibility

Our patented laser marking spray is formulated to revolutionize metal marking on various metals.

Diode Laser Compatibility

Compatible on diode lasers with power 10-watts and above. Making it versatile solution for every type of diode lasers.

Easy Application

We provide easy application and multiple methods for using our laser inks across various applications.

Substrate that a Diode Laser Can Mark

  • Stainless Steel: Various grades of stainless steel such as 304, 303, 309, 316 and many more. Stainless steel is the easiest way to mark using a diode laser. (Minimum of 10 watts diode power)

  • Glass: Diode lasers typically can't engrave/mark on glass. Using our laser inks, it will enable you to engrave/mark glass and get a different color variations.

  • Aluminum: Aluminum is hard to mark, using our laser inks will enable you to engrave different aluminum grades. (Minimum of 10 watts diode power)

  • Copper and Brass: This type of metals is hard to mark on, because of their high heat resistant characteristics. Using our laser inks will enable you to mark with no hassle. (Minimum of 40 watts diode power)

Laser Settings for Diode laser

Understanding the optimal laser settings is crucial for achieving precise and effective results with Diode lasers of different wattages. Whether you're working with a 10-watt, 20-watt, or 40-watt Diode laser.

10Watts

• Using Brilliance Laser Inks products allows for marking various substrates. We recommend a minimum wattage of 10 watts, and our tests have shown that this wattage can effectively mark different metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass, delivering excellent results.
